As a basis for the economic viability, necessary documents as well as key data about the object are used. In addition to the location and the floor plan, the rental price and the duration of the contract are the most important decision-making criteria.
For a long-term cooperation it is advantageous to rent the object for at a minimum of 5 years and more. We prefer to work with long-term leases.
If the existing floor plans need to be adapted to the needs of co-living, it will be contractually specified and agreed upon with the owner in advance. A co-living requires separately accessible rooms with a minimum size of 10 sqm and common areas in relative size to the number of residents.
When choosing the interior and its design, we want to cater to the needs of the residents. Everything should be modern, functional, and as sustainable as possible.
Assembling the initial occupancy is a very challenging task throughout the entire process. Smart marketing of the shared rooms, as well as introducing and moving in the first residents into the Co-living space, requires sensitivity and experience.
To ensure a smooth running operation, we provide full tenancy. As the main tenant, we assume liability for the property, all subsequent payments of additional costs as well as minor repairs in the premises. The success of HABITATOR Co-Living depends directly on the satisfaction of the residents and the owners.
In case of return of the property, we know how to make all necessary arrangements to return the object back to its owner as expected and on time.

How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected by you providing it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form.

We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country in the sense of EU data protection law. US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The right of appeal is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
